We do not use preservatives in our product, so temperatures above 70 degrees are unsafe to ship. Please keep us in mind for the fall and winter season. We should be able to ship starting in September

Our smoked sausages are the best, because every order is made fresh and shipped FedEx within 48 hours. Sausages can be refrigerated and enjoyed for 2-3 weeks. You may also freeze to last longer. Vacuum packing and other products also available. Contact Us!
